An Odysea limited edition, speciality coffee. Tierra Maya was grown in micro-lots in Yaunera, Copån, a region of Honduras known for its ancient Mayan ruins and chocolatey coffee profiles. Grown at 1,500 meters above sea level, this delicate Yellow Catuai bean tastes of dark chocolate, berries, and red wine. Producer Iris Alvarado processed these beans using the natural method, bringing out more intensity, resulting in a bolder cup of coffee.
